Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns of eligible products purchased directly from the HB Tools online store within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our contact page with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send a return to the address on your shipping label or directly to an Amazon fulfillment center without our instructions.

Return Shipping and Fees

For a change-of-mind return or an item ordered by mistake, you arrange and pay for tracked return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If you received the wrong item, or an item arrived damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable tracked return shipping when a return is required.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Items returned with missing parts, signs of use, or damage caused after delivery may be declined; we will contact you if that happens.

Warranty Claims

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty is separate from this 30-day return policy and may cover eligible defects in hand tools after the return window. This policy does not limit rights that apply under law.
