LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not apply

• To damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance.
• HUB shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental and contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of HUB product.
• HUB reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
• This warranty does not cover bits or nut drivers, which are expendable parts that can wear out from normal use within the warranty period.

***HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY applies

• Only if the product was purchased from HUB, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
• Hand Tools to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Limitations apply.
• HUB reserves the right to apply internal inspection of the returned product, and further determined whether to replace as it fails to properly work.
• HUB reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item in its place.
