LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

What is Covered

HB warrants all Hand Tools to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty applies only if the product was purchased directly from HB, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

What is Not Covered

This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY does not apply to:

  • Damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.

  • Repairs or alterations performed outside our facilities.

  • Criminal activity, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Expendable parts: Bits and nut drivers are considered expendable and are expected to wear out from normal use; therefore, they are not covered.

HB reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

Limitations of Liability

HB shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. HB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

How the Process Works

  • Inspection: HB reserves the right to perform an internal inspection of the returned product to determine if it qualifies for replacement.

  • Substitution: HB reserves the right to substitute a substantially similar item if the original product is no longer available.

  • Proof of Purchase: Valid proof showing when and where you purchased the product is strictly required.

Note on Registration: While manual account signup is no longer required for Shopify orders (as your purchase is automatically recorded in our system), customers who purchased through other authorized channels must retain their original receipt.
